Watch Addison Rae Totally *Crush It* With Epic Abs In A Rare TikTok Dance Vid

Addison Rae made a name for herself by doing all kinds of dances on TikTok, and now she’s getting back to her roots. The 22-year-old just dropped a TikTok that features her really going for it at a dance studio in a strappy bra and sweatpants.

In the video, Addison can be seen rolling her body and showing off some seriously impressive moves as a dance teacher shouts out commands in the background. Addison wraps things up on the ground with a slew of additional moves you know you’ll want to try to perfect at home. It’s also hard to miss how epically toned her abs are in that sports bra. Damn, Addison!

This is the first dance video she has dropped in a while. So fans, understandably, were jazzed about it. “Ok addison👀,” one wrote. “Yassss we have missed your dancing miss addison 👏🙌.” And same.

When it comes to getting that super-toned core, Addison hasn’t really revealed a ton of details about her current workout routine with fans, but she’s shared a few behind-the-scenes snippets with fans to give a glimpse into how she stays so fit

Last year, celebrity-favorite gym Dogpound shared a video of Addison completely crushing a leg workout. In the video, Addison can be seen doing weighted leg lifts behind her (a great booty burner), followed by impressive-looking slams with ropes. She followed that with jumping jacks with ropes and leg lifts on all fours with ankle weights. Pulses, leg circles, and leg extensions rounded out the session for an all-over workout that definitely didn’t neglect her booty.

Speaking of butt workouts…Addison shared a six-minute glute workout with Kourtney Kardashian for Poosh in 2020. The workout featured 30 seconds of fire hydrants on each side, donkey kicks, and fire hydrant extensions. “It literally burns so bad but it’s so good,” Addison says in the video.

Addison is apparently a fan of hot yoga, too—she was spotted leaving a class back in July with her impressive abs on full display. And it makes sense that if she’s a yogi, she also digs Pilates, as well. Addison shared a snippet of herself in a class in August doing some thigh squeezes with a ring between her knees.

And, of course, Addison gets plenty of cardio from dancing. Like, just try to do some of these moves at home without getting your HR up super high.
